Кабачковая аджика.

В неё входят: 3 кг кабачков, 1 кг помидор, 0, 5 стакана чеснока, 1 ст. л. 9% уксуса, 1 стакан растит. Масла.

Все в мясорубку добавляем специи и мы варим 7 минут. Далее раскладываем в стерильные банки и накрываем одеялом. Оооочень вкусно!
